HISTORY
In 1999 we opened a small 6-man laminate countertop shop in Arvada, CO, We called it The Top Shop. We built our company on the belief that if we were hard working, honest with our customers, and took real pride in our work, we would become the best in our field and change the standard of quality to a level people would appreciate and respect. Selling products built right here in Colorado by hardworking men and women who live here, and whose children go to school here. This is what would make us stand out above our competitors.
As the years went by we continued to grow our company on these beliefs. Expanding into solid surface and granite countertops was our first large venture. Once we became a one-stop shop for countertops, the demand for our product increased greatly. We moved into two separate 25,000 square foot facilities in Denver allowing us to put additional hardworking Coloradoans to work. After a short time we decided to expand our company again and add some additional divisions to our company. We opened up a third location, which we remodeled into a beautiful showroom. We called it American Cabinet and Flooring.
Jumping into the cabinet and flooring business was a critical maneuver for our company. Doing this made us one of the only companies in Colorado that could not only supply but also manufacture and install all 3 components without being forced to out-source labor or finished goods from other countries. It's now 2014 and we are in our 15th year in business. Driven by our core beliefs we have been able to expand our company to one of the largest in our field. Because of the hard work and determination of our people we have not only become recognized as a leader in our field, but we have also been able to give back to the community by donating materials and time to schools, fire departments, and folks in need. Our goals will never change. We will always strive to be the best and always raise the standard of quality. We believe in a stronger Colorado built on hard work, honesty, and pride in who you are and where you come from.
SHOWROOM
Our customers travel from far and wide to visit our 3,000 square foot showroom. Warm and versatile, this facility was designed to help our customers get answers, find ideas, be inspired…you name it.
We display 8 different kitchen vignettes in various styles and colors so you can see how all the different elements, like the sink, backsplash and countertops all work together to create a unique look.
You’ll find samples of cabinets, floors, backsplashes and counters, so you can see how they all look together.
Our designers utilize 3D rendering software to design every kitchen.
